Weekend Immersions
Block out a weekend to work on your favorite discipline with a visiting instructor or one of NECCA’s master coaches.
When: New Immersions are being scheduled year-round!
Aerial Teacher Trainings
Learn the best methods to share your love of aerials and keep your students safe with these Nimble Arts workshops hosted by NECCA.
When: February and June
Skills Weeks
Whether you feel most at home in the air or you like being a little more grounded, our skills weeks are your chance to dig into a range of disciplines.
When: June
Apparatus Meetings
Join with dozens of others who are just obsessed as you are with your favorite apparatus. These participant-driven events are perfect for advanced students looking to share skills and network.
When: Rope Meeting – February; Trapeze Meeting – April; Additional Meetings TBD!
Performance Boot Camp
Three weeks of advanced training and creation culminating in a final performance. See more.
When: Late July through early August
Summer Intensive
Train professionally for six intense weeks of skill building. See more.
When: Early June thru mid July
Circus Workshop Weekend
A weekend full of the most sought-after workshops, performances, and guest coaches.
When: November 8th – 10th, 2019

Out of State Travel Restrictions
Please Read Before Traveling to/from Vermont

COUNTY QUARANTINE RESTRICTIONS
Due to COVID-19 we unfortunately have to restrict entry of folks living in counties that are not approved for travel to Vermont. Please check here each day BEFORE traveling to NECCA to make sure you will not be turned away from your classes. This information is what we will use to determine if you may enter NECCA if you live in a different county.
NECCA follows all Vermont protocols for quarantining and other COVID procedures. Please check the Vermont guidelines before traveling to or from Vermont.
COVID TESTING REGISTRATION
If you are returning from travels outside of Vermont, you must either quarantine for 2 weeks or quarantine for 1 week and receive a negative COVID test. Make sure you plan ahead for your test and return to NECCA.
You can find more information on COVID testing in Vermont and register in advance for COVID tests using the link below. Be sure you read through the information at this link and let us know if you receive positive results and have been at NECCA within two weeks of your test.
FLU SHOTS
We also encourage you to get your Flu Shot this year! Stay healthy and save medical resources in the event of a surge in COVID cases. There is more info on the importance of flu shots this year, tips for staying healthy this flu season, and resources to find a flu shot at the link below.
WORKSHOP POLICIES

Transfer of Workshop Enrollment
Requests to apply a workshop payment to another workshop during workshop weekends require at least 7 days notice prior to workshop start for processing.
Workshop payment cannot be transferred upon arrival the day of the workshop start.
Refunds
100% of the fee is refundable prior to one month before the first day of the workshop, after which time 50% of the class fee is refundable until two weeks before the first day of the workshop, after which time no refund will be given.
