Dynamic Sequencing on Dance Trapeze

With Julia Baccellieri

Welcome to dynamic skill-building and sequencing for dance trapeze! Join us to focus on what makes a dynamic sequence fluid and satisfying. We’ll take a deep dive into beat techniques, high-level dynamic skills, and fine-tune our understanding of body shaping, aerial awareness, and timing to link difficult dynamic skills and build unique sequences.

We’ll also look at bridging the gap between skill building and sequencing by exploring dynamic transitions and original pathways. We’ll work on a choreographed sequence as a group then dive into what it takes to build your dream sequence and make those transitions flawless. We’ll take advantage of the dynamic pulley systems for added excitement and variety.

Saturday, August 24, 10:00 am – 1:00 pm & 2:00 – 5:00 pm
