What are session classes?
NECCA session classes are a great way to expand your skills and get stronger with classes that allow you to get in the air, flip upside down, and challenge yourself on a regular basis. We offer a variety of levels in a variety of class types - appropriate for the absolute beginner to the professional looking to add to their skills. It's a great way to have a regular practice with a group of people who are at the same level and a coach who can track your progress over time and help you reach your goals and make new ones. Want to try something new? Session classes are a great way to try out a new apparatus you've always wanted to try in a supportive and fun environment.

How do they work?

You're in luck! The first two weeks of any session is our drop-in period. Pay a small fee to try any class for which you meet the prerequisites and get ready to fall in love.

And you can join us for Flight Nights on the flight trapeze to watch or try a swing or sign up for one drop in class on the Flying Trapeze.
