About this Immersion

With 5 1/2 hours of training each day for 2 jam-packed days, we will take full advantage of NECCA’s cutting-edge Trapezium facility — including 40-foot ceilings and a fantastic foam pit for a rope filled adventure. This workshop will focus on harnessing energy and momentum in order to work with and defy gravity. We’ll focus on dynamic transitions and releases, and explore floor and low rope skills for a well-rounded experience.

Nick is an award-winning contemporary circus artist that prides himself on physically and emotionally powerful performances. He loves balancing dynamic sequences with still moments, combining awe-inspiring movement with physical storytelling that some would call “falling with style”. Winning awards and hearts while traveling across the U.S., he has spent years working with internationally renowned instructors and performers, including Dolly Parton, Acrobatic Conundrum, Blue Lapis Light, and Cirque du Soleil artists and choreographers. As a performer and coach, Nick specializes in dynamic sequencing, releases, c-shaping, and ground-based aerial/floorial on rope, fabric, and straps. He is so excited to share his wealth of experience with NECCA and its incredible staff and student body. Nick is following his dream. Let him bring you on an adventure.
