Ted Lawrence

Ted Lawrence
Ted Lawrence is a Circus Artist and science guy who has just moved south to Brattleboro (and started teaching unicycling for NECCA). Beginning with mime and juggling learned at UVM in the 80's, going to Clown College and touring with Ringling, getting a degree to teach physics and math, and having an unusually overdeveloped sense of fun has led Ted to his present career (for the last two decades) as Dr. Quinton Quark, in Slapstick Science - touring elementary schools in the North East and inspiring our next crop of scientists. For more info see slapstickscience.com, vanlodostov.com, or visit his office here in the Cotton Mill (by the Cafá on the second floor).

"I love that we do circus stuff, because it's rare. I get a lot of street cred at school for it. And it helps me stay in shape. I just love it!"

Fiona, age 15
